Exemption requests

This form is to be used when homeowners seek an exception from a current deed restriction on their property.

The form should be completed with no less than 60 days before your anticipated project to begin work. The Board reserves the right to communicate a decision within 30 days of your submission.

Submission of this form does not indicate that the homeowner has permission to move forward. This is a request for the Board of Directors of the HOA to grant an exception to the deed restrictions or not. Do not move forward with any plans until you have received a response from the HOA. Homeowners are responsible for all costs incurred if the HOA does not accept your application for an exception.
